A community of ideas on AI

Quorum

Thinking seriously about AI, beyond the noise.

The name comes from distributed systems: only when a majority of nodes agree can the system move forward. This is meant to be a gathering of people willing to think carefully and calibrate one another.

We focus on AI infrastructure, agents and organizational change, writing for engineers, technology leaders and founders. Less news, more judgment.

Core questions

  1. Intelligence is bounded by its systems

As models converge, the real difference lies around them — scheduling, reliability, data loops and cost decide how far intelligence can go.

  2. Software is becoming a colleague

Our relationship with software is shifting from operating to delegating. Making agents plan, act and deliver reliably is the defining problem of this generation of engineers.

  3. AI-native means rewriting the organization

Adopting tools is only the prologue. The dividend arrives when the way R&D, design, operations and supply chain work together is redefined.
